Refund and Cancellation Policy

How to Request Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • Log in to your account on athlend.com.
  • Go to the “My Profile” section.
  • Select “My Bookings” to view your active and past bookings.
  • Click on the booking you wish to manage.
  • Choose the “Cancel” option available.
  • Follow on-screen instructions to complete the request.

* Cancellation options are available only through the website; requests via phone or other channels are not accepted.

  • Payment gateway or banking fees will be deducted from approved refunds.
  • “No-shows” and early departures are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days.

Special Circumstances

  • If athlend.com or the facility owner cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.
  • Special event bookings may have separate policies communicated during booking.
